After The Closing
After the closing, Attorney Ingrid Santamaria will
provide you with copies of all documents signed at the closing, disburse all
funds, record documents such as deeds and mortgages, and issue a title
insurance policy.
Once the Title Insurance Policy is issued,
if you are a Buyer, you may expect a copy of the recorded Warranty Deed along
with the original Owner's Title Policy. If you are refinancing, the lender
will be sent the original recorded Mortgage along with the original Mortgagee's
Title Policy, you will not receive any original documents.
