Parental Relocation
Parental Relocation is not uncommon. In the case where
a parent has better job opportunities or where it will be in the best interest
of the child to relocate, the court will grant an order allowing parental
relocation. However, with parental relocation, the court will
also modify the parties' visitation schedule to make it possible for the
other parent to spend as much time with the minor child as
possible.
